These Terms & Conditions (\"Agreement\") form a legally binding contract between you and Amber's Homes (\"Company,\" \"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\"). By accessing and using our platform, including the website and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Eligibility
To use our platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal right and capacity to enter into this Agreement
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the accuracy of your account information
Not be restricted from using our services under any laws
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to:
Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
Not share your account with others or use accounts of other users
Not use your account for illegal or harmful purposes
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our platform for:
Any illegal activities or violation of any laws
Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward other users
Posting false, misleading, or defamatory information
Fraud, phishing, or scamming other users
Intellectual property violations or unauthorized use of others' content
Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
Spam, unwanted solicitation, or excessive messaging
Attempting to hack, bypass security, or gain unauthorized access
Commercial activities or advertising without authorization
Any activity that could disrupt or interfere with platform operations
5. Listings and Bookings
For Hosts:
You warrant that you own or have authority to lease the property/service you list
All information in your listing must be accurate, complete, and non-misleading
You are responsible for ensuring your property complies with all local laws and regulations
You agree to honor confirmed bookings and provide the services as described
You must maintain your property/service in good condition and as advertised
You agree not to discriminate against guests based on protected characteristics
For Guests:
You agree to respect the host's property and house rules
You are responsible for any damage you cause to the property
You must follow all local laws and regulations while using the service
You agree to treat hosts and other guests with respect and courtesy
You agree not to conduct illegal activities on the property
6. Payment and Pricing
Our platform may include fees charged to hosts and/or guests. You agree to:
Pay all applicable fees and charges in full and on time
Reimburse the Company for any losses resulting from chargeback disputes
Provide valid payment information and authorize charges
Not attempt to manipulate pricing or abuse promotional offers
Understand that all prices are final unless explicitly stated otherwise
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are determined by each host. Guests should review cancellation policies before booking. We are not responsible for host-specific cancellation policies. Refunds are processed according to the agreed cancellation policy at the time of booking.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our platform, including logos, graphics, text, images, and code, are the property of Amber's Homes or our licensed content providers. You are granted a limited license to view and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without authorization
Modify, translate, or create derivative works from our content
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Scrape or systematically extract data from our platform
9. User-Generated Content
By posting reviews, photos, listings, or other content, you:
Grant Amber's Homes a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content
Warrant that you own or have rights to the content you post
Warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights
Accept that your content may be used for marketing or improvement purposes
Agree that we may remove content that violates our policies
10. Limitation of Liability
AMBER'S HOMES IS PROVIDED \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE\" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL AMBER'S HOMES BE LIABLE FOR:
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from service interruptions or technical failures
Third-party conduct or transactions facilitated through our platform
Damage to property or bodily injury
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amber's Homes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of this Agreement
Your violation of any applicable law
Your use of the platform
Your user-generated content
Disputes with other users
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through:
Good Faith Negotiation: Parties agree to resolve disputes informally first
Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding mediation
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflicts of law principles
Jurisdiction: Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Morocco
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our platform if you:
Violate this Agreement or any applicable laws
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Repeatedly violate our Acceptable Use Policy
Damage the reputation or security of the platform
Fail to pay outstanding fees or balances
14. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, mapping services, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of third-party services.
15. Limitation Period
You agree that any claim or lawsuit must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it will be forever barred.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Le spam, la sollicitation indésirée ou les messages excessifs
Tenter de pirater, contourner la sécurité ou d'accéder sans autorisation
Les activités commerciales ou la publicité sans autorisation
Toute activité susceptible de perturber ou d'interférer avec les opérations de la plateforme
5. Annonces et réservations
Pour les propriétaires :
Vous garantissez que vous possédez ou êtes autorisé à louer la propriété/service que vous annoncez
Toutes les informations de votre annonce doivent être exactes, complètes et non trompeuses
Vous êtes responsable de vous assurer que votre propriété respecte toutes les lois et réglementations locales
Vous acceptez d'honorer les réservations confirmées et de fournir les services tel que décrit
Vous devez maintenir votre propriété/service en bon état et comme annoncé
Vous acceptez de ne pas discriminer les clients en fonction de caractéristiques protégées
Pour les clients :
Vous acceptez de respecter la propriété du propriétaire et ses règles de la maison
Vous êtes responsable de tout dommage que vous causez à la propriété
Vous devez respecter toutes les lois et réglementations locales lors de l'utilisation du service
Vous acceptez de traiter les propriétaires et autres clients avec respect et courtoisie
Vous acceptez de ne pas mener d'activités illégales sur la propriété
6. Paiement et tarification
Notre plateforme peut inclure des frais facturés aux propriétaires et/ou aux clients. Vous acceptez de :
Payer tous les frais et charges applicables en totalité et à temps
Rembourser la Société pour toute perte résultant de litiges de rétrofacturation
Fournir des informations de paiement valides et autoriser les débits
Ne pas tenter de manipuler la tarification ou d'abuser des offres promotionnelles
Comprendre que tous les prix sont définitifs sauf mention explicite contraire
7. Annulations et remboursements
Les politiques d'annulation sont déterminées par chaque propriétaire. Les clients doivent examiner les politiques d'annulation avant de réserver. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des politiques d'annulation spécifiques aux propriétaires. Les remboursements sont traités selon la politique d'annulation convenue au moment de la réservation.
8. Droits de propriété intellectuelle
Tout le contenu de notre plateforme, y compris les logos, graphiques, texte, images et code, sont la propriété d'Amber's Homes ou de nos fournisseurs de contenu agréés. Vous disposez d'une licence limitée pour afficher et utiliser ce contenu à titre personnel et non commercial uniquement. Vous ne pouvez pas :
Reproduire, distribuer ou transmettre tout contenu sans autorisation
Modifier, traduire ou créer des travaux dérivés de notre contenu
Utiliser nos marques commerciales ou notre marque sans autorisation
Extraire ou extraire systématiquement des données de notre plateforme
9. Contenu généré par les utilisateurs
En publiant des avis, des photos, des annonces ou autre contenu, vous :

10. Limitation de responsabilité
AMBER'S HOMES EST FOURNI « TEL QUEL » ET « DISPONIBLE » SANS GARANTIES. DANS LA MESURE MAXIMALE AUTORISÉE PAR LA LOI, NOUS RENONCIONS À TOUTES LES GARANTIES EXPLICITES, IMPLICITES ET STATUTAIRES. EN AUCUN CAS, AMBER'S HOMES NE SERA RESPONSABLE DE :
Les dommages directs, indirects, accessoires, spéciaux ou consécutifs
La perte de bénéfices, de revenus, de données ou d'opportunités commerciales
Les dommages résultant d'interruptions de service ou de défaillances techniques
La conduite de tiers ou les transactions facilitées par notre plateforme
Les dommages aux biens ou les blessures corporelles
Cette limitation s'applique même si nous avons été avisés de la possibilité de tels dommages.
11. Indemnisation
Vous acceptez d'indemniser et de tenir indemne Amber's Homes, ses officiers, directeurs, employés et agents de toute réclamation, dommages, pertes, responsabilités et dépenses (y compris les frais juridiques) découlant de :
Votre violation de cet Accord
Votre violation de toute loi applicable
Votre utilisation de la plateforme
Votre contenu généré par l'utilisateur
Les différends avec d'autres utilisateurs
12. Résolution des différends
Tout différend découlant de cet Accord sera résolu par :
Négociation de bonne foi : Les parties acceptent de résoudre les différends à l'amiable d'abord
Médiation : Si la négociation échoue, les différends seront soumis à la médiation obligatoire
Droit applicable : Cet Accord est régi par les lois du Maroc, sans égard aux principes de conflit de lois
Juridiction : Les deux parties consentent à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux du Maroc
13. Résiliation
Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou de résilier votre compte et votre accès à notre plateforme si vous :
Violez cet Accord ou toute loi applicable
Vous engagez dans des pratiques frauduleuses ou trompeuses
Violez à plusieurs reprises notre Politique d'Utilisation Acceptable
Endommagez la réputation ou la sécurité de la plateforme
Échouez à payer les frais ou soldes impayés
14. Services tiers
Notre plateforme peut s'intégrer à des services tiers (processeurs de paiement, services de cartographie, etc.). Votre utilisation de ces services est régie par leurs propres conditions. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de la performance, de la fiabilité ou de la sécurité des services tiers.
15. Période de limitation
Vous acceptez que toute réclamation ou action en justice doit être intentée dans un (1) an après l'apparition de la cause d'action, sinon elle sera à jamais prescrite.
16. Divisibilité
Si une disposition de cet Accord s'avère invalide ou non applicable, les dispositions restantes demeureront en pleine vigueur et effet.

انتهاكات حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو الاستخدام غير المصرح به لمحتوى الآخرين
توزيع البرامج الضارة أو الفيروسات أو الأكواد الضارة
الرسائل المزعجة أو الطلبات غير المرغوبة أو الرسائل المفرطة
محاولة الاختراق أو الالتفاف على الأمان أو الوصول غير المصرح به
الأنشطة التجارية أو الإعلانات دون إذن
أي نشاط قد يعطل أو يتداخل مع عمليات المنصة
5. الإدراجات والحجوزات
للمضيفين:
تضمن بأنك تمتلك أو لديك سلطة لتأجير العقار/الخدمة التي تدرجها
يجب أن تكون جميع المعلومات في إدراجك دقيقة وكاملة وغير مضللة
أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من أن العقار الخاص بك يتوافق مع جميع القوانين واللوائح المحلية
أنت توافق على الالتزام بالحجوزات المؤكدة وتوفير الخدمات كما هو موضح
يجب عليك الحفاظ على العقار/الخدمة الخاصة بك في حالة جيدة وكما هو معلن
أنت توافق على عدم التمييز ضد الضيوف بناءً على خصائص محمية
للضيوف:
أنت توافق على احترام العقار ونسق المضيف والقواعس المنزلية
أنت مسؤول عن أي ضرر تسببه للعقار
يجب عليك اتباع جميع القوانين واللوائح المحلية أثناء استخدام الخدمة
أنت توافق على معاملة المضيفين والضيوف الآخرين باحترام وتهذيب
أنت توافق على عدم إجراء أنشطة غير قانونية على العقار
6. الدفع والتسعير
قد تتضمن منصتنا رسوماً يتم فرضها على المضيفين و/أو الضيوف. أنت توافق على:
دفع جميع الرسوم والرسوم المعمول بها بالكامل وفي الوقت المناسب
تعويض الشركة عن أي خسائر ناجمة عن نزاعات الرسوم
تقديم معلومات دفع صحيحة والتفويض بفرض الرسوم
عدم محاولة التلاعب بالتسعير أو إساءة استخدام العروض الترويجية
فهم أن جميع الأسعار نهائية إلا إذا تم ذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة
7. الإلغاءات والاسترجاعات
تُحدد سياسات الإلغاء من قبل كل مضيف. يجب على الضيوف مراجعة سياسات الإلغاء قبل الحجز. نحن غير مسؤولين عن سياسات الإلغاء الخاصة بكل مضيف. تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة وفقاً لسياسة الإلغاء المتفق عليها وقت الحجز.
8. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتوى على منصتنا، بما في ذلك الشعارات والرسومات والنصوص والصور والأكواس، هي ملكية Amber's Homes أو موفري المحتوى المرخص لنا. أنت تُمنح ترخيصاً محدوداً لعرض واستخدام هذا المحتوى للأغراض الشخصية وغير التجارية فقط. لا يمكنك:

تضمن بأنك تمتلك أو لديك حقوق في المحتوى الذي تنشره
تضمن بأن المحتوى الخاص بك لا ينتهك حقوق الطرف الثالث
تقبل أن المحتوى الخاص بك قد يُستخدم لأغراض التسويق أو التحسين
توافق على أنه يمكننا إزالة المحتوى الذي ينتهك سياساتنا
10. تحديد المسؤولية
يتم توفير AMBER'S HOMES \"كما هي\" و \"كما هي متاحة\" بدون ضمانات. في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، نحن نتنصل من جميع الضمانات الصريحة والضمنية والقانونية. في أي حال لن تكون AMBER'S HOMES مسؤولة عن:

11. التعويض
أنت توافق على تعويض وحماية Amber's Homes وضباطها وموجهوها وموظفوها ووكلاؤها من أي مطالبات وأضرار وخسائر والتزامات ونفقات (بما في ذلك الرسوم القانونية) الناشئة عن:
انتهاكك لهذه الاتفاقية
انتهاكك لأي قانون ساري
استخدامك للمنصة
المحتوى الذي ينتجه المستخدم الخاص بك
النزاعات مع المستخدمين الآخرين
12. حل النزاعات
سيتم حل أي نزاعات ناشئة عن هذه الاتفاقية من خلال:
التفاوض بحسن نية: توافق الأطراف على حل النزاعات بشكل غير رسمي أولاً
الوساطة: في حالة فشل المفاوضات، سيتم تقديم النزاعات إلى الوساطة الملزمة
القانون الحاكم: تحكم هذه الاتفاقية قوانين المغرب، بغض النظر عن مبادئ تضارب القوانين
الولاية القضائية: توافق الطرفان على الولاية القضائية الحصرية لمحاكم المغرب
13. الإنهاء
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك والوصول إلى منصتنا إذا:
انتهكت هذه الاتفاقية أو أي قانون ساري
تشارك في ممارسات احتيالية أو خادعة
انتهكت مراراً سياستنا بشأن الاستخدام المقبول
ألحقت الضرر بسمعة أو أمان المنصة
فشلت في دفع الرسوم أو الأرصدة المستحقة
14. الخدمات التابعة لجهات خارجية
قد تتكامل منصتنا مع خدمات الطرف الثالث (معالجات الدفع وخدمات رسم الخرائط وما إلى ذلك). يتم حكم استخدامك لهذه الخدمات بشروطهم الخاصة. نحن غير مسؤولين عن الأداء أو الموثوقية أو أمان خدمات الطرف الثالث.
15. فترة التحديد
أنت توافق على أن أي مطالبة أو دعوى قضائية يجب أن تُرفع خلال سنة واحدة (1) بعد ظهور سبب الدعوى، وإلا ستكون مسقوطة إلى الأبد.
16. قابلية الفصل
إذا تم العثور على أي حكم من أحكام هذه الاتفاقية ليكون غير صحيح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى الأحكام المتبقية سارية كاملة وبكامل فعالها.

Indien u niet akkoord gaat, gelieve ons platform niet te gebruiken.
1. Acceptatie van voorwaarden
Door een account aan te maken en ons platform te gebruiken, erkent u dat u deze Overeenkomst hebt gelezen, begrepen en ermee akkoord gaat. Wij behouden ons het recht voor deze voorwaarden op elk moment aan te passen. Uw voortgezette gebruik van het platform vormt acceptatie van eventuele wijzigingen.
2. Gebruikersmogelijkheden
Om ons platform te gebruiken, dient u:
Minstens 18 jaar oud te zijn
Het wettelijk recht en vermogen te hebben om deze Overeenkomst aan te gaan
Nauwkeurige, actuele en volledige informatie tijdens registratie op te geven
De nauwkeurigheid van uw accountinformatie te handhaven

3. Gebruikersaccounts
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het behouden van de vertrouwelijkheid van uw accountgegevens en wachtwoord. U gaat akkoord:
De volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor alle activiteiten onder uw account te accepteren
Ons onmiddellijk in kennis te stellen van niet-geautoriseerde toegang of gebruik van uw account
Uw account niet met anderen te delen of accounts van andere gebruikers te gebruiken
Uw account niet voor illegale of schadelijke doeleinden te gebruiken
4. Aanvaardbaar gebruiksbeleid
U gaat akkoord ons platform niet te gebruiken voor:
Illegale activiteiten of schending van enige wetgeving
Intimidatie, discriminatie of dreigend gedrag tegenover andere gebruikers
Plaatsen van valse, misleidende of lasterlijke informatie
Fraude, phishing of oplichting van andere gebruikers
Inbreuk op intellectuele eigendomsrechten of ongeautoriseerd gebruik van inhoud van anderen
Verspreiding van malware, virussen of schadelijke code
Spam, ongewenste sollicitatie of buitensporig berichten
Poging tot hacking, veiligheid omzeilen of niet-geautoriseerde toegang
Commerciële activiteiten of adverteren zonder toestemming
Enige activiteit die platformoperaties kan verstoren of belemmeren
5. Advertenties en boekingen
Voor gastheren:
U verklaard dat u eigenaar bent of bevoegd bent de eigendom/service die u adverteert te verhuren
Alle informatie in uw advertentie moet nauwkeurig, volledig en niet misleidend zijn
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen dat uw eigendom voldoet aan alle lokale wetten en regelgeving
U gaat akkoord bevestigde boekingen na te komen en services zoals beschreven te verlenen
U moet uw eigendom/service in goede staat en zoals geadverteerd onderhouden
U gaat akkoord gasten niet te discrimineren op basis van beschermde karakteristieken
Voor gasten:
U gaat akkoord de eigendom van de gastheer en huisregels te respecteren
U bent verantwoordelijk voor enige schade die u aan de eigendom veroorzaakt
U moet alle lokale wetten en regelgeving naleven bij gebruik van de service
U gaat akkoord gastheren en andere gasten met respect en beleefdheid te behandelen
U gaat akkoord geen illegale activiteiten op het pand uit te voeren
6. Betaling en prijsbepaling
Ons platform kan kosten bevatten die aan gastheren en/of gasten in rekening worden gebracht. U gaat akkoord:
Alle toepasselijke kosten en lasten volledig en op tijd te betalen
Het Bedrijf schadeloos te stellen voor verliezen voortvloeiend uit geschillen over teruggaven
Geldige betalingsinformatie op te geven en betalingen te autoriseren
Geen pogingen te doen prijsbepaling te manipuleren of promotiebiedingen misbruik aan te maken
Te begrijpen dat alle prijzen definitief zijn tenzij anders expliciet vermeld
7. Annuleringen en terugbetalingen
Annuleringsbeleid wordt bepaald door elke gastheer. Gasten dienen annuleringsbeleid voor het boeken te raadplegen. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor specifieke annuleringsbeleid van gastheren. Terugbetalingen worden verwerkt volgens het annuleringsbeleid overeengekomen op moment van boeking.
8. Intellectuele eigendomsrechten
Alle inhoud op ons platform, inclusief logo's, afbeeldingen, tekst, foto's en code, zijn eigendom van Amber's Homes of onze gelicenseerde inhoudsleveranciers. U krijgt een beperkte licentie om deze inhoud alleen voor persoonlijk, niet-commercieel gebruik te bekijken en te gebruiken. U mag niet:
Inhoud zonder toestemming reproduceren, distribueren of verzenden
Onze inhoud wijzigen, vertalen of afgeleide werken ervan maken
Onze handelsmerken of branding zonder toestemming gebruiken
Gegevens van ons platform afpellen of systematisch extraheren
9. Door gebruikers gegenereerde inhoud
Door beoordelingen, foto's, advertenties of andere inhoud in te dienen, gaat u akkoord:
Amber's Homes een niet-exclusieve, wereldwijde licentie te verlenen uw inhoud te gebruiken
U bent eigenaar of hebt rechten op de inhoud die u plaatst
Uw inhoud schendt geen rechten van derden
Uw inhoud mag voor marketing of verbetering doeleinden gebruikt worden
Wij inhoud mogen verwijderen die onze beleid schendt
10. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid
AMBER'S HOMES WORDT GELEVERD \"AS IS\" EN \"ZOALS BESCHIKBAAR\" ZONDER GARANTIES. VOOR ZOVER WETTELIJK TOEGESTAAN, VERWERPEN WIJ ALLE EXPLICIETE, IMPLICIETE EN STATUTAIRE GARANTIES. IN GEEN GEVAL IS AMBER'S HOMES AANSPRAKELIJK VOOR:
Directe, indirecte, incidentele, bijzondere of gevolg schadevergoeding
Verlies van winsten, inkomsten, gegevens of zakelijke kansen
Schadevergoeding voortvloeiend uit serviceonderbrekingen of technische storingen
Gedrag van derden of transacties gefaciliteerd via ons platform
Schade aan eigendom of lichamelijk letsel
Deze beperking is van toepassing zelfs als wij op de hoogte zijn gebracht van de mogelijkheid van dergelijke schadevergoeding.
11. Schadevergoeding
U gaat akkoord Amber's Homes, haar functionarissen, bestuurders, werknemers en agenten schadeloos te stellen van alle claims, schade, verliezen, aansprakelijkheden en onkosten (inclusief juridische honoraria) voortvloeiend uit:
Uw schending van deze Overeenkomst
Uw schending van enige toepasselijke wet
Uw gebruik van het platform
Door u gegenereerde inhoud
Geschillen met andere gebruikers
12. Geschilbeslechting
Alle geschillen voortvloeiend uit deze Overeenkomst worden opgelost door:
Onderhandeling te goeder trouw: Partijen gaan ermee akkoord geschillen eerst informeel op te lossen
Mediation: Indien onderhandeling mislukt, worden geschillen aan bindende mediation onderworpen
Toepasselijk recht: Deze Overeenkomst wordt beheerst door de wetten van Marokko, zonder inachtneming van conflictwettingsprincipes
Rechtsmacht: Beide partijen gaan akkoord met de exclusieve rechtsmacht van rechtbanken in Marokko
13. Beëindiging
Wij behouden ons het recht voor uw account op te schorten of te beëindigen en uw toegang tot ons platform in te trekken als u:
Deze Overeenkomst of enige toepasselijke wet schendt
Frauduleuze of misleidende praktijken bedrijft
Herhaaldelijk ons Aanvaardbaar gebruiksbeleid schendt
De reputatie of beveiliging van het platform schaadt
Niet-betaalde vergoedingen of saldi niet betaalt
14. Services van derden
Ons platform kan integreren met services van derden (betalingsverwerkers, kaartservices, enz.). Uw gebruik van deze services wordt geregeld door hun eigen voorwaarden. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor de prestaties, betrouwbaarheid of veiligheid van services van derden.
15. Vervaldatum
U gaat akkoord dat elke vordering of rechtszaak moet worden ingesteld binnen één (1) jaar nadat de vorderingsgrond ontstaat, anders vervalt deze voor altijd.
16. Salvatorische clausule
Indien enige bepaling van deze Overeenkomst ongeldig of niet-uitvoerbaar wordt bevonden, blijven de resterende bepalingen van kracht en van toepassing.
